Welcome to the Limagrain Cereal Seeds Co-Op Advertising Program—designed to help our authorized dealers expand their reach, drive sales, and strengthen our partnership. By participating, you can leverage LCS resources while benefiting from a 50/50 advertising expense split.
How It Works
✔ 50/50 Ad Spend Split – Limagrain Cereal Seeds covers 50% of your advertising costs, while you contribute the other half.
✔ Ad Pre-Approval Required – All advertisements must be submitted for approval before publication to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
✔ Easy Reimbursement Process – Once your approved ad runs, submit the required documents to receive reimbursement.
Program Requirements
To maintain quality and ensure alignment with our brand standards, all participating dealers must follow these guidelines:
Eligibility
- Must be an official LCS seed dealer in good standing.
- Ads must include the approved LCS logo in a visible and identifiable location.
- For CoAXium-related ads, the CoAXium Aggressor Logo must also be included.
What to Avoid
🚫 Unapproved Logos – Only use the official LCS logo provided for this program.
🚫 Logo Alterations – Do not change the design, color, or dimensions of LCS branding.
🚫 Pricing & Discounts – Ads should not include pricing to maintain market consistency.
🚫 Competitor Products/Logos– Do not feature or promote products from competing brands.

Ad Approval & Submission Process
To propose an ad, email your concept to [email protected] along with a signed copy of the program guidelines.
✔ Step 1 – Submit your ad idea for review and approval.
✔ Step 2 – Upon approval, finalize and submit the ad design for final review.
✔ Step 3 – Once approved, publish the ad.

Reimbursement Process
To receive reimbursement, submit the following:
✔ Completed reimbursement form
✔ Vendor invoice
✔ Proof of payment
✔ W9 form
✔ Copy of the published ad
Send all documents to your local LCS Regional Commercial Manager (RCM). Reimbursements will be issued after the ad has been published.
