This medium-maturity, medium-tall plant has excellent straw strength and winter-hardiness, plus a great disease package. LCS White Lightning is an excellent fit for irrigated and dryland acres of the high plains as well as the central corridor. As a white wheat, LCS White Lightning has excellent milling and baking qualities, highlighted by high bake absorption, long mixing time and high loaf volume.
